Streets of Philadelphia was written by Bruce Springsteen for the 1993 Jonathan Demme film, Philadelphia. The song was released as a CD maxi single and 7" record on February 2, 1994.

Elijah Jenkins sings and plays guitar in Eli and the Soundcult. He has a beautiful voice, and makes very pretty music.
